PRICING

Appetizers: Appetizers are $3.00/person/appetizer unless there is an upcharge listed. We do not charge by the appetizer piece; rather, we figure that each guest will have two to three appetizers each.

Buffet Lunch: Select one soup or salad, one side, one entree with compostable plates, silverware and napkins for $16.50/person plus tax and service charge . For two entree choices, please add $2.50/person. For assorted bite sized desserts, please add $3.50.person. Limited number of vegetarian/vegan entree option available at no additional charge.

Buffet Dinner: Select one soup or salad, one side, one entree, and sautéed vegetables with compostable plates, silverware and napkins for $18.50/person plus tax and service charge. For two entree choices, please add $2.50/person. For assorted bite sized desserts, please add $5.00.person. Vegetarian/vegan entree option available at no additional charge.

For plated meals, please add $5/person (this cost includes a china plate and metal silverware).

*If the entrees have an additional cost listed with them, that amount will be added per person to the prices above.

All prices are subject to applicable sales tax and an industry standard 18% service fee, which helps to cover administrative, kitchen staffing and other fees.

All prices are also subject to an additional front of the house staffing cost (to pass appetizers, restock the buffet, clear plates, etc.), which is determined on an event-by-event basis. The cost for this is $25/staff member/hour.
